Alaskan Wild Salmon & Alaskan Seafood Recipes
ALASKAN WILD CRISPY HERBED SALMON

 

Yield: 4 servings

  • 1 stick butter 
  • 2/3 cup crackers
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon of each:
  •  basil, oregano, parsley and salt & pepper
  • 1/4 t. garlic powder
  • 16 oz. Wild Salmon any Species

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan, melt butter in preheated oven, (5 to 7 minutes).

Meanwhile in a 9" pie pan combine cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, salt and garlic powder. Dip fish fillets in butter and then in crumb mixture.

Arrange  fish fillets in baking pan. Bake near center of oven for  30 minutes or until fish is tender and flakes with a fork.

Serve immediately.
