Alaskan Wild Salmon & Alaskan Seafood Recipes
SUCCULENT BAKED SALMON

**This is a quick and easy dish.**

  • 4-6 Fish Fillets
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1 TBS Lemon juice
  • 4 TBS Mayonnaise
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Sprinkle of Paprika & Parsley

 

After placing fish fillets in glass baking dish, brush the fillets with mayonnaise sprinkle  Parmesan cheese, Paprika and Parsley. Slice and add all butter to top as well as squirts of lemon juice. Bake for 30mins  Baking time depends on how thick the fillets are, test for flakiness; when it flakes it is ready to eat.

 

Peas and Mashed Potatoes are a great compliment to this dish.
