ALASKAN SALSA STYLE SALMON
 
  • Salmon  fillets
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 1 Whole onion
  • Salsa any kind

Slice onions and green peppers and use half to make a bed in a microwavable dish. Put fish on top and pour some fresh lemon juice on. Put salsa on to taste and cover with the rest of the vegetables. Cover with foil and bake until done about 30-45 minutes.

Great served with rice!
